Meet Matthew
Travel has always been about people.
I’m Matthew Lintott, founder of Upway Travel and an independent travel agent affiliated with InteleTravel. With over 30 years of experience across airlines, cruise ships, rail, luxury hospitality and international tourism, I understand that the most memorable journeys begin with careful listening.
Travel has taken me around the world and allowed me to experience the industry from many different perspectives. I spent more than 13 years with Virgin Atlantic, worked aboard Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth during two world cruises, and have welcomed guests across aviation, rail, entertainment and luxury hospitality.
These experiences taught me that excellent service is about much more than reaching a destination. It is about making people feel welcome, valued, understood and confident throughout their journey.
